OPTION 1.
Please click the box to the right to request enrollment in Patient Ally. If you have been a new patient in the last year you are already enrolled. You will need an active email address for enrollment. Patient Ally will allow you to message your provider directly.
OPTION 2.
Please click the box here to the right to be directed to our General Question Form. Once filled out and submitted please allow 24hrs. for processing. If you do not receive a response in 24hrs. please submit a second request. Please understand that this is not for medical emergencies and that these messages are only processed during regular business hours.
OPTION 3.
Call on the phone. Please see the number and options listed here concerning our office voicemail system. Please understand that multiple calls as well as multiple messages in the inappropriate box may delay a response.

Phone menu options:
- Press 1 – Connect to the New Patients coordinator.
- Press 2 -Connect to Schedule/Reschedule/Cancel an appointment.
- Press 3 – Connect to Letters / FMLA / Disability / Records / Prior Authorizations.
- Press 4 – Connect to Medication Department. (please fill out a refill request form if you have not, to initiate a refill request.)
- Press 5 – Connect for General Questions.
- Press 6 – Connects to our Billing Department.
- Press 7 – After hours Emergency Line. (John Naus MD PA is NOT an emergency psychiatric service however we are available to help direct patients to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room after hours.)
